Welcome to the Barn Theatre, Seaford, the home of the award winning Seaford Musical Theatre and Seaford Musical Theatre Juniors. We stage three adult shows and two Junior shows each year. New members are always welcome and there are many opportunities to perform on stage or help out behind the scenes. 

The Barn Theatre is also home to the very popular Seaford Community Cinema. 

Furthermore the Barn  is available to anyone from the entertainment, educational or corporate worlds who would like to hire our fully operational and functional theatre for their events. We can accommodate groups, bands, solo performers, touring companies, training events, presentations, workshops, rehearsals and a lot more! (for more details)

What's On Next At The Barn

FRIDAY, 3rd MARCH at 7.30 pm


Seaford Community Cinema will be holding a fund-raising night to help pay for our brand new kitchen at the Barn. They will be showing Cage(2016), a psychological thriller, which  has just been selected as a finalist at the Hollywood Screenings Film Festival in LA in March. Cage is the latest indie project from Seaford-based director Warren Dudley who will be at the screening on the night for a Q&A session with his star Lucy-Jane Quinlan.

I’ve Heard That One Before

We will be presenting another original and 
entertaining show from Tony Still and Sue James, 
writers and directors of the highly acclaimed “Singers & Swingers” Jazz Show. “I’ve Heard That One Before” celebrates 90 years of Seaford Musical Theatre and the former Seaford Amateur Operatic Society.  

Members old and new will recall many favourite

Annie - The Musical

Featuring such well known songs as ‘Tomorrow’, ‘Hard Knock Life’ and ‘NYC’, a cast of adorable orphans and a lovable dog, this world famous musical based on the stories of Little Orphan Annie will appeal to people of all ages
